Refund Policy
Neoworld Trading Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we") is committed to providing you with high-quality virtual course services. We understand that plans may change, and therefore we have established this refund policy to clearly outline the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds after you purchase our courses.
1. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
As the course content is a digital product that is difficult to retract once accessed, and because we incur upfront costs for course production, platform maintenance, and services, refund applications must adhere to the following provisions:

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Period: Within 7 calendar days from the date of your successful purchase and access to the course, if you have not started learning any course content (i.e., course completion progress is 0%), you may apply for a full refund (excluding any registration or transaction deposits as stipulated in Part 2 of this policy).

Refund Requests After 7 Days: We will no longer accept any refund requests more than 7 days after the purchase date. You will, however, retain access to continue and complete the purchased course.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Any deposits or handling fees related to course registration, transactions, or payment processes.

Any additional digital resources that have been claimed or downloaded, including but not limited to accompanying PDF guides, exclusive templates, project files, material packs, etc.
3. Exceptions to the Refund Guarantee
To ensure the fairness of the "refund guarantee" and prevent misuse, your refund application will be automatically invalidated if any of the following conditions apply, even if it is still within the 7-day refund period:

You have completed or accessed more than 50% of the course content.

You have downloaded any of the digital resources mentioned in Part 2 of this policy.

The refund you are requesting involves fees charged by a third-party platform (e.g., payment gateway, app store) that have already been transferred to said platform.
We believe that experiencing 50% of the course content is sufficient to determine whether it meets your expectations.
4. Refund Application Process
All refund applications must be submitted through the following official channel:

In the email, please provide your registered full name, order number, and reason for the refund.
We will verify your situation within 5 business days of receiving the email and inform you of the next steps and the final decision via email. The refund will be returned to your original payment account, and the processing time may vary depending on your payment institution.
5. Policy Updates and Right of Interpretation
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. The updated policy will be published on the website and will not apply to transactions completed before its publication. Neoworld Trading Limited reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy.
